How to play

  • Watch the pixelated clip and name the fighter who lands the knockout.
  • The clip gets clearer at each level, and Level 1 has no colour at all.
  • You have 4 hearts, one per level. A wrong guess or a skip costs one.

Guess the UFC knockout

Guess the Knockout is a daily MMA quiz built from real UFC knockouts. You watch a short clip that starts heavily pixelated and in black and white, and name the fighter who lands the finish. The clip gets clearer at each of the four levels, so the sooner you name it, the better your score.

How to play

  1. Tap to play the clip, then type the fighter you think lands the knockout.
  2. You have four hearts, one per level. A wrong guess or a skip costs a heart and moves you to a clearer clip.
  3. Name it at Level 1 for the best possible score. Run out of hearts and the knockout goes unnamed.
  4. When you finish, see how everyone else did today and challenge a friend.

Yes. Every Fightdle game is free in your browser, with no account and nothing to download.

When is there a new knockout?

Every day at midnight UTC. The countdown near the top of the page shows how long until the next one, and everyone plays the same knockout.

Where do the knockouts come from?

Every clip is a real UFC knockout, from title-fight finishes to highlight-reel stoppages. A different one is picked each day.
